Another Veteran’s Day has come and gone, and we celebrated our Veterans. Not just the ones who work at Coldwell Banker Triad (and we do have many) but all veterans. Our freedom to be who we are, as we choose to be is an amazing gift and our veterans are one of the reasons we continue to have that gift. Time Change and More

When time change occurs it is a great time to: 1. change smoke alarm batteries 2. clean out lint traps and vents from clothes dryer (dryer fires are #1 cause of home fires in US) - you can have a professional clean or you can replace the silver duct venting with the metal rigid type of ductwork (and if that won't fit due to space restrictions, attach new flexible venting).
