Originally from Connecticut I moved to North Carolina in 1995. With a long tenure previously working for the two largest national home centers, I am well versed in home construction, negotiating terms, and putting the work in to get the job done right. During the last twelve years I have been an active real estate investor acquiring a portfolio of rental properties as well as flips and will use that experience with the sale or purchase of your home.

I have a wonderful growing family with my wife Tawnya and our three children, Jacob, Sarah, and Laura. In our free time we love going to the beach, volunteer at our church, and are advocates for several German Shepherd rescue organizations.

He gave us ideas for better preparing our home for the market (he even pulled out a shrub for us) and scheduled an agents' walkthrough so area agents could see our house and provide feedback.

Bill did not scrimp on marketing our home. He had a professional photographer photograph and create a video walkthrough for the listing. As most people pick the houses they want to look at by viewing the online listing, this was a huge plus. If you've ever skipped past a listing with dark, poor quality photos that are limited in number, have weird angles, are blocked by the realtor's thumb, and/or mostly show the seller's furniture and belongings instead of the actual rooms, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Because Burlington is attracting people from both the Triangle and the Triad, Bill is a member of all the regional MLS. This, combined with a multi-platform targeted marketing sales approach, meant that he was able to reach a large group of potential buyers. He hosted both an agent preview and general open house. He also used online marketing tools and provided us with a link so we could see that number of people reached each day through internet and Facebook marketing, along with information on how many people were clicking through to view our home. It paid off, too, as the time from listing to closing was about 40 days. 

Bill communicated with us every step of the way. Whenever there was a showing, he followed up with the agent and provided us with feedback. When we worried the house wouldn't sell before my husband had to start his new job in FL, he always had words of encouragement and excellent advice. We called him in the evening and on weekends, but he always answered the phone and made time to speak with us.

From start to finish, Bill was a pleasure to work with. We cannot thank him enough!

It was our first time searching for a home and initially Bill met with us and went over the entire process with us and explained to us what each thing meant so, when the time came we knew what to be prepared for. Each time he showed us a house was informative and a learning experience. He did not pressure us one time into anything and was all around awesome to have as our agent. He was EXTERMELY responsive either through txt, call or email. Enough can't be said about him!

Bill is the ultimate realtor! He really was so helpful throughout our entire home buying process. From day one when he met with us for 2 hours just to teach us about the home buying process to the very last day when we ran into a slight issue. He was always helpful, flexible and kind. We never felt pressured to use Bill in the beginning stages but definitely knew we would be using him to buy our home. We love our home!
