Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors was created July 1, 1997 by the merger of three of the Triad's oldest and most respected real estate firms: Coldwell Banker Lambe-Young of Winston-Salem, Hubbard Realty Sales Division also of Winston-Salem, and Coldwell Banker Joyner, Price and Britt of High Point and Greensboro. This merger created the largest real estate corporation serving the Triad at that time.
In 2005 Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors acquired Coldwell Banker Alamance, the market share leader in Burlington. With this acquisition, CB TRIAD further increased its size and market area.

Offices are located in Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Winston-Salem, and Burlington with over 220 Sales Associates and staff.
